MARY HARRIETT COOPER
Mary Harriett Cooper, 83, died Wednesday May 6, 1998, in an Olney, Texas, hospital.
Services will be at 10:00a.m. Saturday in the Lunn Funeral Home Chapel in Olney, with the Rev. Greg Johnson, pastor of First Baptist Church in Olney officiating. Burial will be in the Restland Cemetery under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cooper was born November 3, 1914, in Indian Territory, Oklahoma, to the late Joe A. and Mary Odell(Moody)Williams. She and Lester Cooper were married September 15, 1942, in Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on September 7, 1990. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was a lifetime resident of Olney.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty Carrol Omholt of Gallup, New Mexico, and Judy Ashbrook of Bridgeport, Texas; two sisters: Ollie Bonnin and Loraine Hromas both of Olney, Texas, and two brothers: J.B. Williams of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Don Williams of Caddo, Texas; and three grandchildren.
