Mrs. Weaver lacked seven days of being 80 years old. She and Mr. Weaver came to York County in a covered wagon from Wisconsin in 1870 and homesteaded just south of Blue Vale. They made their home there until 1902 when they moved into the city of York.
She is survived by her husband and three children, one child, George, having preceded her in death. The children are: Edward of Minneapolis, Kansas; Thomas H. of York and Mrs. Cora Stammers of York.
Funeral services will be held at the home, 1604 Lincoln Avenue, Thursday afternoon at two o'clock. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
