Praski, Hazel, (Clark), 96, died Tuesday, October 19, 2010. She was the wife of the late Raymond F. Praski. Born in Thetford, VT a daughter of the late Allie and Harriet (Houston) Clark she resided in Warwick for most of her life.

Mrs. Praski was formerly employed as an LPN with RI Hospital and a private duty nurse until her retirement. She was a graduate of RI School of Nursing and was a member of the Woodbury Union Presbyterian Church and the Coasters Club. She was the beloved mother of James T. Praski and Linda A. Montecalvo and grandmother of Jason Montecalvo, Sean Praski and the late Amy Beth Praski and James T. Praski, Jr.



Her funeral service will be held Friday at 11 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Museum on Rounds, c/o Paula Most, Hasbro Children's Hospital, 593 Eddy Street, Providence, RI 02903 will be appreciated.
