Gladys Van Horn, 64, of 2200 University Boulevard, died at 10 p.m. Monday in Punta Gorda, Fla., after an extended illness.
She was born in Altoona, Pa., the daughter of Harold and Emma Craig. Her husband, Basil Van Horn, survives.
Mrs. Van Horn working in the food service facilities at Westwood School Cafeteria for 20 years.
Other survivors include two sons, Dennis of 2045 Lyn Grove Drive and Craig of Columbus, and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Siferd Westwood Chapel, Rev. Gary Boucher officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
