Lillie G. Boyd was born in Crawford Co., Arkansas at a place called Natural Dam. She was the daughter of Harrison Jasper and Mary Barker Boyd.
In Crawford County on August 28, 1899 Lillie married Oscar F.Campbell, the son of John Allen and Margaret Elizabeth "Bette" Campbell.
Lillie and Oscar were blessed with one son that lived to be 12 years old before he was killed in an accident. This son was named Forrest, after Lillie's brother, Forrest Boyd.
Lillie contracted TB and she lost a second child in 1902 before she herself passed away in 1903. At the time of her death, she and Oscar were living at Tecumseh, Oklahoma, where he worked in one of her father's businesses.
She was lovingly laid to rest in the New Hope Cemetery at Tecumseh.
