GOINS, LILLIE MARIE - age 90, of Powell, Tennessee, in the Claxton Community passed away, Saturday, March 11, 2006 at Norris HealthCare Center. She was a member of Clinton Second Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Goins, daughter, Margaret Hill, two brothers and five sisters.
