New Castle - Services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Eastbrook Presbyterian Church for Maxwell "Dick" Billig, 78, of 19 Crumwald Place, Hyde Park, N.Y., formerly of New Castle, who died after a lengthy illness Friday at his home.
Mr. Billig was born Aug. 21, 1906 in Sharpsville, moving to New Castle as a child.
He was a mill worker in an Elwood City Shop. He was a member of the church.
Hi wife, the former Ina Patterson died in 1968.
He leaves a son, James R. of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; a sister, Miss. Vivian Billig in Florida; two brothers, Paul in Florida and Perry of Warwick and three grandchildren.
There are no calling hours. The Cunningham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
