The funeral of Mrs. Viola Hennigh of Shelbyville who died Wednesday night, February 14 was held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 at the Shelbyville Christian church. Interment was in Glenwood cemetery, Shelbyville. Viola Shipman was born November 9, 1862 at East Enterprise, Ind., but came to Shelby county in early life and lived in this county thereafter. She was married to William E. Biggs in 1887. He died March 12, 1912. Two daughters Neva and Jessie, were born of this union. In 1921 she was married to F. D. Hennigh, who died December 13, 1936. Her two daughters, now Mrs. J. L. Dayton and Mrs. E. W. Dieterich of Denver, Colo., survive. The daughters have been with their mother during her last illness. Also surviving are a granddaughter, Mrs. Lloyd E. Cruse of Los Angeles, and a great granddaughter, Loy Ann Cruse. Windsor Gazette - 22 Feb 1940
