William Curtis Fisher,67,of 1812 Shenandoah Ave.,was dead on arrival at Waynesboro Community Hospital at 11 p.m.,Saturday.
A member of Glen Kirk Presbyterian Chapel and a native of Augusta County,he was born Feb,28,1904, a son of the late James Edward and Eliza Robertson Fisher.
He is survived by one son,Thomas A.Fisher of Staunton,one sister Mrs.Irvin Layne of Waynesboro,and six grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of Etter Funeral Home,conducted by the Rev.Scott C.Hutton Sr.Burial will be in the Glen Kirk Presbyterian Chapel Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 7 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.
Active pallbearers will be Harold Miles,Roy Fleeman,Alfred Fisher,Payne Fisher,Archie Harris and Jason Monroe.
Honorary pallbearers will be Wayne Henderson,Bobby Via,Jimmy Fisher,Elmer Meadows,Arthur Fisher and Gary Wiseman.
