She was born in Kingston, Utah to Alonzo and Jennie Sudweeks. She was married to Clyde Cook. Ethel was a great cook, immaculate housekeeper, and loved to garden. She loved to fish at Strawberry Reservoir, and travel with Clyde while he was alive.
She is survived by her son, Norman; daughter, Sheryl Blanke; grandchildren, Debi Smith and Corey Blanke; great-grandchildren; Shaynee, Cassie, Ashley, Randy, Charissa; great-great-grandson, Cody; sisters Jennie Sprigarelli and Allie Beckstead. Preceded in death by her husband, and seven brothers and sister.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 17, 11a.m. at Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road. A viewing will be held 1 hour prior to services in the mortuary.
