J.T. "Ted" South, 67, died Saturday, March 28, 1992 at Magnolia Hospital. He was a member of Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church and a retired security guard with Corinth Uniforms.
Services were at 3 p.m. Monday at Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Herman Clark, Elder Ricky Taylor and Elder Roger Browning officiating. Burial was in New Lebanon Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Lylath South of Burnsville; one daughter, Margaret Clark (Freddie) of Burnsville; two sons, Tommy South and Larry South, both of Burnsville; two sisters, Earnestine Trimble of Burnsville and Melvoline Walker of Carpentersville, Ill.; six brothers, N.C. "Red" South of Iuka, Wallace South and Bobby South, both of Glen, Mackey South and Charles South, both of Corinth, and Truman South of Burnsville; two grandsons, Freddie and Bradley Clark.
