Richard Pollard, 73, an Iron Mountain pioneer, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. W. J. Williams, 718 Wells street, last Sunday afternoon. He came to America 51 years ago, settling first of the Marquette Range later coming to Iron Mountain. Mrs. Pollard died 2 years ago. He had been a asthma suffer. He is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. Williams, Mrs. George Trevillian & Mrs. S. Hicks, 7 sons, William, Reginald, Alexander, Roy, John, Albert & Theodore. Also 3 brothers are also located in the First Ward.
