"Mrs Mamie Wallace Cox of Edinboro died at the Spencer Hospital, Meadville, early last evening following an illness of several months. For the past several (years) she had been making her home with her son, Arthur W Cox, at Edinboro. Besides the son, Arthur, the deceased leaves a daughter, Miss Ethel Cox of Edinboro, and another son, Orlo, of Meadville, and the following sisters: Mrs Bertha Burlingame of Corry, Mrs Delilah Kenniston of RD Grand Valley, and Miss Lulu Wallace of Erie. Mrs Cox was born in Warren county and lived near Spartansburg until about nine years ago, when she went to Edinboro. Her husband died about three years ago. She was a member of the Edinboro Baptist church. Friends will be received at the B C Kiehl funeral home at Edinboro...Interment in Spartansburg cemetery."
