Mrs. Honore Cormier,
Carencro Resident,
Stricken in Lafayette
Mrs. Honore Cormier, the former Edmonia LeBlanc, 75-year-old resident of the Carencro community, died at 5:12 p.m. yesterday (November 24, 1951) in a Lafayette hospital. The body is resting at the Melancon Funeral Home in Carencro.
Funeral arrangements had not been completed last night (November 24, 1951). Interment will be in the Carencro Cemetery.

Survivors are one son, Joachim Cormier of Algiers; three daughters, Mrs. Armond Cormier of Lafayette, Mrs. Cleophile Benoit and Mrs. Leo Trahan, both of Carencro. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Cormier was a member of D'Ane de St. Anne of St. Peter's parish.
E. D. Melancon and Son has charge of the arrangements.
