Mrs. Haworth was a homemaker, a member of Grace United Methodist Church, a member of Daughters of the American Revolution and PEO Chapter HD. Survivors include a daughter, a son, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines, Iowa.
