GREEN VALLEY - Dominic Perfetti, 76, of Green Valley, died at 4:50 a.m. yesterday (Nov. 19, 1989) at Pekin Memorial Hospital, Pekin.

His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church, Green Valley, the Rev. Daryl Fansler officiating. Burial will be in Green Valley Cemetery. Military graveside rites will be accorded by Delavan American Legion Post 382.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Woolsey Funeral Home, Delavan and one hour before the service at the church. Mr. Perfetti was born May 12, 1913 in Panama, Ill., the son of Tito and Massamilla Gambiani Perfetti. He married Edith Tinor Oct. 25, 1936, in Peoria. She survives.

Also surviving are one son, James L., Delavan; one daughter, Cheryl Schmidgall, Delavan; one sister, Angelina Witschie, Pensacola, Fla.; six grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

Two brothers preceded him in death.

An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of Delavan American Legion Post 382 and the First Presbyterian Church of Green Valley. He had served many years with the Green Valley volunteer fire department. He owned and operated the Bussone Grocery store in Green Valley for many years, retiring in 1976.

Memorials may be made to the Green Valley Rescue Squad.
