Succumbs at 59 Years
of Age
Sidney Adams, a life-long resident of Winterset and Madison county, died Thursday, March 23, after an extended period of failing health. He was 59 years of age.
Clarence Sidney Adams was born in Winterset June 30, 1890, the son of Buell C. and Anna Belle Adams.
...Two sisters, Mrs. Albert Stron of Winterset and Mrs. Glenn Wiley of Des Moines; three brothers, Clyde Adams of Creston, Glenn Adams of Red Oak, and Robert Adams of Bakersfield, Calif.; and an aunt, Callie Adams, with whom he made his home.
Funeral services were held Sunday from the Richards funeral home in charge of the Rev. I. E. Linkletter, pastor of the Winterset Church of Christ. Burial was made in the McDonald cemetery.
