ADAMS, ROBERT GALE — Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Doughty-Calhoun-O'Meara Mortuary for Robert Gale Adams, 70, of 2400 21st Street, who died March 31. Officers of Bakersfield Eagles Aerie 93 will officiate with interment following in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mr. Adams was a retired meat cutter and was last employed at Fike's Market. He was past president and trustee of Bakersfield Aerie 93 and a member of the Meat Cutters Union Local 193. Survivors include the widow, Alice; 3 sons, Robert G. Jr., Des Moines, Iowa, William J. and Richard W. of Bakersfield; sister, Opal Wiley of Des Moines; and 9 grandchildren. Pallbearers will be H.R. Geis, Glenn Randolph, Joe Seberger, Ray Carlson, Jack Roddick and Geane Lohse. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 238 18th Street, Bakersfield 93301.
