Miss Jennie Porteous died at the home of her brother, Wm. Porteous, at Garfield, Tuesday at midnight, aged 75 years. She had been a resident of Garfield for many years.
The funeral services will be held funeral from the home Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, and will be conducted by Rev. W.M. Randall, pastor of the Congregational church. Interment will be in Garfield cemetery.
