Frances was the daughter of James Cason South and Mary White South, my great, great, grandparents. Cason is buried as J. C. South in the Cedar Grove Cemetery, outside Reidsville in Tattnall County, on or near Reidsville State Prison property. He is buried there with his second wife, Eliza JARRIEL.
Frances married Samuel BROWN and had the following children:
