Obituary for George Thomas Cully from the Newark Advocate of September 17, 1913:

"George Cully Dies Suddenly Of Heart Failure. George Cully, brother of former county surveyor Fred S. Cully, died suddenly Tuesday night at the barn of the Hotel Reed in Hebron. Mr. Cully had just returned from Newark on the 10:30 car and on going to the barn heart failure seized him, death resulting at once. He was 54 years old, and is survived by his wife, who is at the Pythian Home in Springfield, two sisters, Mrs. Mary Brown of Hebron, Mrs. Lillian Aid of Cleveland, and a brother, Robert Cully. The body was taken to the Clunis undertaking establishment and prepared for burial. Later it was removed to the home of his sister, Mrs. Brown. The funeral arrangements have not been made."
