Otto S. Amdall, 91, Dallas, Wis., died Thursday, Aug. 19, 1999, at his home.

He was born July 9, 1908, at Dallas to Ove and Olga (Thornby) Amdall. The family lived at Oklahoma, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. He worked several years at Walker and King Gold Mines in California. He served in the United States Air Force during WWII. He later moved to Eau Claire where he worked for the White Foundry and later for National Presto Industries. After retirement he moved to Dallas where he lived until the present time.

He was a member of Dallas Lutheran Church.

Suviving are a sister, Olive McGowan of Conroe, Texas, and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, four half-brothers, and three half-sisters.

Services were 2:00 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23, from Dallas Lutheran Church, Rev. Ralph Marquardt officiating. Burial at Dallas Cemetery.

Arrangements with Mark Rausch Funeral Service, Dallas and Cameron.
