Kenneth Elmer Vaughn, 70, of Olney, died at 4:19 a.m. Thursday, December 18, 2008 at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.
Visitation will be from noon-1 p.m. Friday at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Mike Baker officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.
Mr. Vaughn was born on May 15, 1938, in Richland County, the son of Clyde and Lucy (Nettleton) Vaughn. He married Susan M. Landgraf, and she survives.
He worked for Roadmaster and Kralis.
Mr. Vaughn is survived by his wife, Susan Vaughn, of Olney; son, Danny W. Vaughn, of Olney; daughter, Nancy E. Stauffenberg, of Olney; daughter, Margie A. Vaughn, of Olney; sister, Barbara Barre, of Champaign; sister, Margaret McVaigh, of Olney; sister, Violet Williams, of Fisher; and two grandchildren, Glenn E. Stauffenberg Jr. and Sabrina L. Stauffenberg.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Betty Weiler, Mary Goodman and Eleanor Vaughn.
