Dawn Usie Adolfie, 45, a native of Bourg and a resident of Tampa, Fla., died Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010 at Sun Coast Hospice Center in Tampa after a long battle with Lymphoma.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Sept. 18, with a memorial service following at St. Ann Church in Bourg.
She is survived by two children, Holly and husband, Travis Hebert of Bourg, and Christopher Cox of Florida; her parents, Lona and Amos "Kie" Usie of Montegut; two brothers, Eric and wife, Becky Usie of Montegut, and Lynn and wife, Donna Usie of Bourg; two grandchildren, Carter and Carsen Hebert of Bourg; two nephews, Brett Usie and Hud Usie; two great nieces, Ally and Bree Usie; one great nephew, Kole Usie; and her grandmother, Alice Usie of Montegut.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Amos Usie Sr., and Earl and Aline Sevin of Lockport.
