Lucetta was the youngest child of Francis Silver and his second wife, Mary (Hackett) Silver.

Lucetta married William Logan (May 1792 - 6 Mar 1854) on 10 Nov 1831.

In the 1860 and 1870, and 1880 U.S. Censuses, the widowed Lucetta was living in Berkeley County, West Virginia.

During the Civil War, Lucetta took her horse into the parlor and held its nose so that the Confederate soldiers going past wouldn't confiscate it.

Lucetta died of Consumption.
