He was the son of Francis Ford Barber & Mary Dorothy (Chase) Barber.
He leaves to mourn his beloved Earline "Skippy"; three sons, James E. Brooks, Ray A. and Elliott E. Barber; two daughters, Cynthia B. Stewart and Cathy A. Spence; three sisters, seven brothers, one aunt and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, April 12, at St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church, 26 Grant Circle, N.W. Viewing from 9 a.m. until hour of service at 10 a.m. Interment Monday, April 14, at 11:30 a.m. Quantico National Cemetery. Services by BIANCHI.
