Flora Cecil Clay Kelly 98, Greenwood, formerly of Morgan County, died September 8, 2010, in Regency Place, Greenwood. Mrs. Kelly was born August 25, 1912, in Morgan County, one of seven children born to Thomas and Lelia (Seedan) Cecil. Mrs. Kelly worked at Brown's Grocery Store in Mooresville for twenty years. She also had been a member of Centerton Christian Church. She will be missed and fondly remembered by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lee Roy Clay and her second husband, Horace Edward Kelly. Survivors include her son, Jack Clay of Plainfield; granddaughters, Karen Nichols (Jerry) of Plainfield, Peggy Trimble (Jim) of Wanamaker, Glynda Hawkins (Gary) of Martinsville, and Jacki Wisma (Ed) of Johnstown, Ohio; fourteen great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren. Calling hours will not be observed.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel, Mooresville.
