The funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Loris First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Holly Hill Cemetery, directed by Hardwick Funeral Home.
Mr. Todd was born in Horry County , a son of the late Charlie Todd and Mrs. Charlotte M. Todd. He was a Dispatcher for the Loris Police Department, a member of the Amercian Legion Post and was associated with the Loris Fire Department for 27 years. He was a Council member for 20 years.
Surviving are his widow Mary Mixon Todd, a son James Mark Todd, both of Loris, three brothers Herman Todd, Layton Todd and Clifton Todd all of Loris, a sister Mrs. Edsel Paul also of Loris.
