Fred L. Headley, 65, formerly of Pine Bank and more recently of Beaver, died at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov, 24, 1954 following an illness of two days in the Rochester Hospital.

Born Feb. 16, 1889 at Pine Bank, he was the son of John S. and Arah Wiley Headley, both deceased. He is survived by his wife, Ocie Phillips Headley. He spent most of his life in the Pine Bank community and the last 10 years in Beaver, where he was employed by the borough.

Also survivng is a son, Phillip Headley, of Aliquippa, and two grandchildren. One daughter is deceased as is his twin sister.

Surviving is a brother, Robert Headley, Zelienople; and three sisters, Mrs. Blanche Hoy, Elizabeth, Pa.; Mrs. Della Milak, Millsboro and Mrs. Edna Babish, Waynesburg.

He was a member of the Pine Bank Methodist Church and a member of the Knights of Pythias lodge at Pine Bank.
