Died at 5:35 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, at her residence on Route 4. She was 82 years old, born May 20, 1880, in Baton Rouge. Body at Hollabaugh-Spindle Funeral Home until 2:15 p.m. Wednesday. Religious services at Zoar Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Wednesday, conducted by Rev. J. O. Hopper. Interment in church cemetery. Survived by her husband, Pearlie Crockett, Baton Rouge; two sisters, Mrs. C. C. Lee, Baton Rouge, and Mrs. E. Kelley, Beaumont, Tex., and numerous nieces and nephews.
