DALLAS (Special) — Mrs. Christine Amundson, 89, Dallas, died at Barron Community Memorial Hospital Thursday. She was born in Norway and came to the United States at the age of eight years and lived here the remainder of her life.

She is survived by six sons, Carl, Ridgeland, Harold, Stanley and Dale, all of Barron, Oswald, Dallas, and Ralph, Pigeon Falls; seven daughters, Mrs. Minnie Haverson, Dallas, Mrs. Inga Clumpner, Barron, Mrs. Art Harstad, Mrs. Ed Nelson, and Mrs. Alfred Hanson, all of Eau Claire, Mrs. Frank Klawiter, Phillips, and Mrs. Harry Anderson, Mikana; 34 grand children and 43 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Dallas Lutheran Church, the Rev. Lyle Ness officiating. Burial will be in the Dallas Cemetery. Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home here until time of services.
