Mrs. Wm. Boggess, 46, died Friday, Oct. 17 at her home three miles south of Dallas.
Rena Myrtle Frazee was born Feb. 11, 1884, in Chickasaw county, Iowa, and was married on Nov. 25, 1902, to William Boggess of the same county. They removed to Wisconsin 10 years ago and after living in Rusk and Chippewa counties settled near Dallas about seven years ago.
She is survived by her husband, four sons, Leslie, Harold, Clifford and Lial, all of Dallas, one daughter, Mrs. Mildred Prill of Bloomer, two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Hamilton of Nebraska and Mrs. Mabel Boggess of Iowa, and two brothers, Onie and Harvey Frazee of Iowa. One son, Alfred, died in 1924.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Oct. 21, at the Methodist church at Dallas, the Rev. George Emerson officiating, with interment at the Dallas cemetery. (Barron County News-Shield, Barron, WI, Oct 24, 1930)
