She was the daughter of Henry J. and Ida M. (Gels) Borgerding. On Aug 25, 1962, in St. Bernard Church, Burkettsville, she married William Glass, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are three sons: Allen (Amy) Glass, Grove City, Col. Andrew Glass, Midlothian, VA, and Anthony (Kate) Glass, Liberty Township; a brother, Mark (Marilyn) Borgerding, Miamisburg; two in-laws: Marilyn Borgerding, New Weston, and Elmer Wendel, Ft. Recovery; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter-in-law, Christina Ekman; and eight brothers and five sisters, all linked below.
A 1953 graduate of St. Henry High School and in 1956 of St. Elizabeth Hispital School of Nursing, she was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, The Heritage Club and the American Legion Auxiliary. She was a registered nurse and worked at Briarwood Manor for almost 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved babies, Dixieland Jazz, and traveling with her husband.
Due to covid-19 concerns a funeral mass with social distancing will be at St. Henry Catholic Church.
