James, 63, of New Weston, Ohio, died at Versailles Health Care Center.

He was born to Henry and Ida (Gels) Borgerding.

Surviving are three brothers, Richard (Marilyn), New Weston, Harold (Jean), Fort Recovery and Mark (Marilyn), Dayton; four sisters, Norma (Jerry) Grieshop, Fort Recovery, Virginia Grimberg and Patricia (Jack) Sauer, all Dayton, Marie (Bill) Glass, Saint Henry; sister-in-law, Ramona Borgerding, Dayton; brother-in-law Elmer Wendel, Ft. Recovery.

Preceding him in death are five brothers, John, Daniel, Eugene, Robert and Joseph; two sisters Henrietta Borgerding and Joan Wendel; and brother-in-law Kenneth Grimberg.

He attended St. Bernard Church in Burkettsville and was a veteran of the US Air Force and a Graduate of Wright State University. Military honors will be conducted by the St. Henry American Legion. He was employed by NK Parts, Sidney, Ohio.
