Georgia A. Dickrager, eighty-three, of Springfield, VA, a Forest County native, died Saturday in Fairfax Hospital at Annadale, VA.
Born April 1, 1902, in Starr, Forest County, she was a daughter of John M. and Katherine Ledebur Zuendel.
On October 25, 1923, she married Curtis E. Dickrager, who survives. They lived at German Hill, Forest County, until 1978, when they moved to Virginia, first living in Falls Church and then Springfield.
Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters: Frances Dickrager of Springfield, VA, Maxine Perry of Oil City, and Phyllis Linton of Falls Church, VA; three grandsons: Stanley Hepler of Franklin, Clair Hepler of Oil City, and Timothy Linton of Falls Church, VA; two granddaughters: Susan Maidlow of Anderson, IN, and Gretchen Linton of Falls Church, VA; and one sister, Gladys Leonard of Tionesta. Her parents and five brothers preceded her in death.
Friends were received Monday in the Demaine Funeral Home in Alexandria, VA. Friends also were received by the family at the James K. Haslet Funeral Home in Tionesta. Services were held in the funeral home with Rev. David Hart, pastor of the Starr Church of God, officiating. Interment followed in the Zuendel Cemetery at Starr.
