Services will be noon Tuesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church, St. Cloud, for Luella M. Gapinski, 74, formerly of 1125-36th Ave. N, St. Cloud, who died Feb. 4 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Nursing Home, Sauk Rapids.Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery, St. Cloud.Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday at Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud, with Christian Women's prayers at 7 p.m., followed by parish prayers at 7:30.Luella Gapinski was born in Duelm to Louis and Viola (Fischer) Kampa. She married Severin M. Gapinski on Oct. 19, 1945, in Duelm. They lived in Minneapolis before moving to St. Cloud in 1955. She was employed in dietetics at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center for 13 years, retiring in 1975. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Christian Mothers, and a former member of VFW Post 428 Auxiliary.Survivors include her husband, St. Cloud; son and daughter, Gary of Sauk Rapids, and Cheryl Jensen of Minneapolis; one grandson; and brother, Ralph of Duelm.She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph.
