William H. King, 63, 825 Beatty Ave., was pronounced dead on arrival at 5:45 a.m. today (Thursday, April 25,1974) at Guernsey Memorial Hospital. Death was attributed to an apparent heart attack.
Born in Byesville, Nov. 23, 1910, he was a son of the late George and Etta Sills King and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy of Cambridge. He was a retired restaurant worker.
Mr. King leaves three step­children; four sisters, Mrs. Linda Smith and Mrs. Roberta Sheets, both of Cambridge, Mrs. Wilda Williams, Canton and Mrs. Frances Marrazzo, Chicago, Ill.; one brother, Roy of Cambridge; and several nieces and nephews.
His wife, the former Pansy Stevens, died in 1961. One brother is also deceased.
Friends may call at Corwin Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. James Montgomery officiating. Burial will be in Guernsey Memory Gardens.
