Regarding Henry Reed at Bolinger Cemetery - Think I figured him out! Eli Reed, the brother of Emaline Reed who married Wilson Rose, and his wife Elizabeth Skelton adopted a child name Maggie Myrtle Reed. Maggie's open adoption record in 1888 in Washington County states that both of her parents were deceased by 1887. Maggie's SS Index claim gives the names of her parents as Henry Reed and Nanie. I have determined that this couple is most likely Lewis Henry Reed who married 1887 in Johnson County AR to Nancy J Birch. Although Wilson Rose did not get Henry's death age at 35 exactly right, it makes sense that Wilson Rose would have erected the marker at Bolinger Cemetery for his niece's biological parent.
