For Henry Capps
Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Forest Hill Baptist Church for Henry Capps, 81, Idabel, who died Friday. Rev. W.R. Merry officiated.
He was born September 28, 1877 in Arkansas, where he lived until moving to McCurtain county 49 years ago. He was a farmer and a member of the Baptist church.
He was survived by three sons, Dolph and Andrew, both of Idabel, and Freddie, Phoenix, Arizona; two daughters, Mrs. Imogene Waskom, Los Angeles, California, and Mrs. Mildred Fields, Mojave, California; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one brother, Joe Capps, Garvin.
Burial was in the Forest Hill cemetery under the direction of Coffey Funeral Home.
