MT. SPRINGS—Services for H. E. "Jack" Harmon Alexander, 84, of Mt. Springs, are set for 2 p.m. Monday at Clement-Keel Chapel with Rev. Milton Pledger, retired pastor, and the Rev. Scotty Langford of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery under the direction of the Clement-Keel Funeral Home of Gainesville.
Mr. Alexander died Jan. 2, 1998, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 23, 1913, in Mt. Springs to W. A. and Mary Eula Robertson Alexander. On April 4, 1959, he married Francis Nell Pace in Gainesville. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Francis Nell Alexander; sons, Buster Alexander, Ronnie Alexander, and Jerry Alexander, all of Pilot Point; daughter, Bobbie Hughes of Granbury; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one brother, Billy Alexander of Pilot Point; sisters, Izora Grider of Madill, Okla., Violet Lemons of Mt. Springs, and Cledus Hale of Rush Springs, Okla.; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will be at the Clement-Keel Funeral Home from 4 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
