Mrs. Cecil (Coffey) Ramsey, age 88 of Hillcrest North Nursing Home in Knoxville. She was born March 13, 1921 and passed away July 17, 2009. She was saved at an early age, and attended church services at the nursing home. She was the daughter of the late Bill Coffey, and Mollie Young.
She is survived by:
Son, daughters, grandchildren, step granddaughter, Six Great Grand Children, Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends
The family will receive friends Sunday July19, 2009 from 6 to 8PM with funeral services to follow at 8PM in the Claiborne Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Richard E. Collins officiating. Music will be provided by the Collins Family from Leatherwood. Graveside services will be conducted Monday July 20, 2009 at 10AM in the Seals Chapel Cemetery.
