Funeral services for A. R. Graham, 87, lifelong Milano resident were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Phillips & Luckey Chapel with burial in Hurt Cemetery near Milano. Rev. Jim Barnett of Caldwell officiated.

Mr. Graham, who had been in failing health for about 3 years died Friday at Richards Hospital in Rockdale. He was born Nov. 28, 1881 at Milano, son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Archie L. Graham. His life's work was spent in farming.

He and his wife, the former Miss Gertrude Jones were married Oct 9, 1908 at Rockdale. Mrs. Graham preceded him in death May 4, 1964.
.
Surviving are: 3 sons: Archie N. Graham, Johnny Graham, and Eugene Graham, all of Milano; 2 daughters, Mrs. Hester Garles of Milano and Mrs. Joy Baron of Bryan; a brother, O. D. Graham of Cameron; a sister, Mrs. Alma Ragan of O'Donnell; 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Nephews served as pallbearers.
