Charles G. Brodrick died Sunday morning, March 11, 1923, at his home, of complications. He was 70 years, 11 months and 17 days old. Funeral services will be held at the family residence and at Elliott Avenue Baptist church. Burial will be in Oak Ridge cemetery.
Surviving are three sons, Jesse E., Earl A., and Charles F.; one daughter, Mrs. W. E. Conner; two sisters, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was a member of Elliott Avenue Baptist church.
