HAYWARD
Mrs. Julius (Clara) Sorenson, 71, of Rt. 3, Hayward, died of a heart condition at 6;55 a.m. today in Naeve Hospital.
A native of Bancroft Township she was born May 17, 1895 to the late Narve Narveson.
She had lived at Albert Lea and Ellendale before moving to rural Hayward 30 years ago.
Mrs. Sorenson was a member of Hayward Lutheran Church and its Mission Circle and was a life member of the Women of the Church.
She was married to Julius Sorenson, August 28, 1916 at Albert Lea. He survives her.
Other survivors are;

Mrs. Lester (Joneth)Johnson of Freeborn
Mrs. Bennie (Clarice) Pence of Geneva
Mrs. John (Lila) Ballard of Gallup, New Mexico
Five sons;
Norris and warren of Geneva
Gordon of Hayward
Henry of Glenville
Stanley of Hollandale
35 grandchildren
4 great grandchildren
A sister Mrs. Clarence Foley of Albert Lea
Three brothers;
Norven of Colfax, North Dakota
Alfred of Myrtle
Iver of Waterloo, Iowa also survive her.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hayward Lutheran Church.
Interment will be in East Freeborn Lutheran Cemetery..
