Entered on will Book page 314 & 315
I Benajah Breece being of sound mind and frail of body make this my last will, viz.
I want by debts paid, and to be decently buried, and that my wife Mary Jane to [unclear word] and be supported on the place I now live.
Having given all my children equal portions of my estate, in money and other valuable gifts, except Mollie our youngest child, now the wife of J. T. Quillen. Now in order to make her equal with all the other children, I give her and bequoth [sic] to her and her child and all other children that may be born to her, the tract of land that I now live on, and conveyed to me by Jesse C. Milam and wife, Amanda V. dated Jany 6, 1894, except 20 acres of land out of said tract conveyed to the said Jesse C. & Amanda V. Milum and about those acres to Joel J. Breece. I also give to Mollie the sum of two hundred dollars and to Dorothy [initial unclear] Brown the wife of Jim Brown one hundred dollars ($100) and to J. J. Breece the sun of two hundred dollars, if on hand otherwise to be given according to the lots spoken of within.
It is my desire that H. Claggett and J. B. Walker carry out the provisions of this paper.
