DROWNS IN BATH TUB
HENRY A. WIGGINS, 77, FOUND DEAD TODAY

Retired Mail Carrier Accident Victim, Family Believe -- Here 58 Years

Henry A. Wiggins, 77 years old, well known Carthage rural mail carrier, was found drowned in the bath tub at his home, 525 East 15th Street, about 9:30 o'clock this morning, by his daughter, Mrs. August Brueggman, who had returned to the house after she and her mother, Mrs. Wiggins, had been out in the garden gathering vegetables for dinner.

Mr. Wiggins, who has been in poor health the last year, fell into the tub accidentally while preparing to take a bath, members of the family believe. A blow across the forehead such as might have been received in a fall was the only mark on the body, which was found lying face down in the partially filled tub. Coroner R. M. Stormont, who was notified decided an inquest was not necessary.
