Roy was in the 115th Aero Sq. Sig. U.S.A. A memorial marker was placed in Knob Noster Cemetery, Johnson County, Missouri.
Their son, Guy Wilbur Mahin was born on September 21, 1897, in La Monte, Pettis County, Missouri, died on August 11, 1993, in La Monte Pettis County, Missouri, at age 95, and was buried in La Monte Cemetery, La Monte, Pettis County, Missouri.
