She was born in Nelson County July 15, 1878 the daughter of Ryland and Martha Fortune Coffey. She was a member of Wintergreen Christian Church.
She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Sidney Allen and Mrs. Jonnie Allen of Route 2, Afton; Mrs. Nellie Talley of Washington, D. C.; Mrs. Ruby McCambridge of Temple Hill, Maryland; Mrs. Sidney Bryant of Selma; two sons, Maury J. Truslow of Nellysford; Caskie N. Truslow of Weyers Cave; one brother, Massie Coffey of Lyndhurst; 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. IN Wintergreen Christian Church by the Rev. John Chaffee and the Rev. J. D. Farries.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Wayne Allen, James Truslow, Gary Truslow, Beny Dale Bryant, Junior Bryant, and Darrell Drumheller.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the adult Sunday School class of Wintergreen Christian Church.
The family will be at the home of Mrs. Johnie Allen of Route 2, Afton.
The body will remain at Preston Parr Funeral Home until 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
