On Oct. 22, Edna Mae Sites went home to be with her Lord.

Edna was born May 12, 1910, in Rough Run, W.Va., and was the daughter of the late Eugene R. Alt and Odessa Mae (Judy) Alt. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Glenn B. Sites, June 1, 1997, three sisters, infant twin sisters, Mary Alt, Leona Alt and Mildred Bergdoll; seven brothers, William Alt, Grover Alt, Steward Alt, Eugene Alt, Samuel Alt, Norris Alt and infant Stanley Alt; and daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Sites.

Son Eugene E. Sites and wife Louise of Dorcas, W.Va.; grandson Eddie Sites and wife Tabby of Dorcas, W.Va. and great-grandchildren Stephanie and Matthew Sites; granddaughter Kristi (Sites) Lee and husband Randy of Winchester, Va. and great-grandson Dylan Lee; grandson Kelly Sites and wife Nikki of Petersburg, W.Va. and twin great-granddaughters Morgan and Madison Sites.

Son Glenwood D. Sites of New Baltimore, Va.; grandson Gregory Sites of New Baltimore, Va.; granddaughter Sandra Kay Sites of Warrenton, Va. and great-grandson Dale Blackston Sites.

Daughter Karen Sites Cuppett and husband David of Canaan Valley, W.Va.; grandson David Cuppett IV and wife Amy of Four Oaks, N.C., great-grandsons David Cuppett V, John Cuppett and Mark Cuppett; grandson Scott Cuppett and wife Lisa of Rockwall, Texas and great-grandson Jack Cuppett; grandson Christopher Cuppett and wife Rita of Fairfax, Va. and great-granddaughter Maggie Cuppett; and granddaughter Robyn Cuppett of Radford, Va.

Also surviving is one brother, Dewey Broaddus Alt of Palmyra, Pa.

Funeral services were Oct. 25, at the Schaeffer Funeral Home chapel, Petersburg. Interment was in South Branch Valley Memorial Gardens, Petersburg, W.Va.

Memorials may be made to Petersburg First Baptist Church, American Cancer Society or charity of choice.
