Laura Lou (may be short for Lucinda) Adams, born June 30, 1865 in Lafayette County, Mississippi, was the fifth child and second daughter of the ten children of John William and Paralee Jane Norris Adams. The family moved to Montague County, Texas, then to the Indian Territories. Laura married Rev. Daniel Luke Walker in the Chickasaw Nation, near Roff, I.T., on October 24, 1892. She passed away near Roff, Oklahoma on June 2, 1914.
